A Wrap: the perfect snack!

If you are a person who works out a lot, lives a hectic life, need something fast for lunch or just craves an easy meal, the wrap is the answer.

It’s versatile and you can literally use any kind of filling and bread. Instead of explaining how to roll delicious treats in bread, I´ll give you some inspiration for what you can have inside that yummy roll. The wrap on the picture contains humus, a big load of vegetables, a spicy mixture of paprika, and garlic. This, my friends, is a very quick and healthy meal. Perfect for that post-workout snack or if you are like me, just crazy for sandwiches.

What you need:

  • Humus, do it yourself or use a store-bought from a good brand.
  • Sprouts
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Onions
  • Ajvar Relish or likewise, Red Pesto is also great for this.
  • Fresh Herbs
  • Bread. For example a whole wheat tortilla or soft flatbread.

There you have it. It’s that easy. Down below you have the recipe for both humus and the paprika mix I used.
