Pan Seared Cod with Beurre noisette and chives

What you need:
4 portions of Fresh Cod
150 grams of butter
Fresh chives
1 lemon
Salt & pepper
200 grams of snap beans
It is optional is to serve this dish with almond potatoes (1 kg).

How to do it:
Start by washing and boiling the potatoes and snap beans. When the potatoes are starting to get soft heat up a frying pan and sear the cod with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish as well.

To make beurre noisette, or browned butter, you melt butter over low heat. You know that the butter is ready when it begins gets a nice, toasty, hazelnut color.  Remove the pan from the heat and serve with your veggies, lemony fish and potatoes. Sprinkle chives over the dish and just enjoy.
