Green, creamy, delicious smoothie

One of my favorite ways of eating veggies is to mix them into fabulous smoothies or squeeze them into delicious juices. Here is a recipe on a green smoothie stuffed with yumminess and vitamins!

Ingredients for 2 servings:

2 limes

2 large handfuls of spinach

2 handfuls of green grapes

1 green chili pepper

1 avocado

2 dl yogurt (preferably Greek or Turkish)

12 ice cubes/a small tray

Put the ice cubes in the jug. Rinse the spinach and the grapes, peel the limes, remove the seeds from the chili pepper, and juice it!

Add avocado and yogurt and blend into amazing green yumminess.  Serve with a lime wedge and a straw, and live happily healthily ever after!

PS: You can blend everything if you don’t have a juicer. Start by mixing lime, chili pepper and spinach and then add the other ingredients. Blend well to get a smooth smoothie!
