Ginger & garlic salmon with stirfy and noodles


what you need:

4 portions of salmon
4 portions of preboild mung bean noodles
20 grams of baby spinach
1 onion
2 dl of bean sprouts
2 dl of thinly sliced kale
1 tblsp of minced ginger
3 cloves of garlic, minced
chili flakes
soy sauce
sesame seed oil

Tierd of November already? This dish is packed with flavour and I promise that it will remind you of both summer and spring.

How to do it:
Slice and stirfry the vegetables in a hot pan with sesameseed oil and a little soy sauce. Add the minced ginger and garlic, chilli and the juice from half a lime. Season with soy sauce and then add the noodles and mix it together. Keep frying it untill its golden. Heat up a diffrent pan with sesame seed oil and start searing the salmon about 3 minutes on each side dependning on the thickness of the portionsbits. Season with white pepper, chili flakes, soy and lime. Serve it all together and enjoy this flavourful delight.
